Our in-house laboratory strictly follows international standards to ensure the best quality material being produced and supplied to the customer. These tests starts from raw material check, in process tests, finished goods tests and storage tests.
To ensure the right quantity of material reaches to the clients, we have installed fully automatic & computerized 100 metric ton weigh scale at out factory in Auchi, Edo State. Each transport vehicles comes in and going out is weighed.
Any industrial process starts with very basic raw material and With the aim to contribute towards industrialization, we have installed and commissioned our mineral raw material processing factory in Auchi, Edo state, In the year 2010, producing different grades of calcium carbonate to meet the industry specific needs.
With the help of ground staff of more than 150 local Nigerians and highly sophisticated machineries, we produce highest grade calcium carbonate.
We have two production line of 5 roller pulverized mills each with capacity of 180 MT of powder calcium carbonate, calcite, dolomite, Barite, Feldspar and other minerals.
We have one production line of hammer crushing mill with an installed capacity of 360 MT/Day for limestone and grading facilities to grade the product based on size.
These different grade mineral raw material are the very basic raw material precursor for many local Nigeria industries like, glass industries, Animal feed companies, rubber and plastic industries, oil and petrochemical industries, carpet industries, textile industries and many more.
Caustic soda or Sodium Hydroxide is the highest produced and consumed industrial chemical worldwide.
With aim to facilitate the direct use of caustic soda lye by our clients in Nigeria, we have set our caustic soda lye (Dissolution) Plant in Lagos in 2014 with the capacity to produce 100 metric ton per day of different grades like 40% solution, 50% solution, 60% solution, 75% solution, with total staff strength of 55 people including expatriates.
The equipments were imported from the best technology providers in the field of caustic soda with the storage facilities build locally in Nigeria.
Our storage facility have a capacity to store 1000 metric ton of this material. Our best quality packing and different kind of packing like jerry cans, carboys, drums, IBC tanks and bulk tankers ensures the best quality material reaches to the client in the best possible way for easy handling by client.
